By accessing the z33zk platform, creating an Account, or placing any Bet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and z33zk.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using our platform and close your Account.
To use z33zk's Services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:
Important: z33zk strictly prohibits gambling by minors. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide valid identification will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of any Balance or winnings.
To place Bets on z33zk, you must create an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
As part of our security and regulatory compliance obligations, z33zk requires identity verification for all Accounts. You may be asked to submit copies of your KTP (Indonesian identity card), proof of address, or other documentation. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is completed satisfactorily.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account access with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed your responsibility.
You agree to notify z33zk immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach. z33zk is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account use due to your failure to maintain credential security.
You may not create an Account or use our Services if you are self-excluded, have been previously banned by z33zk, or are acting on behalf of a third party. Accounts registered using false information or created to circumvent restrictions will be terminated without notice.
z33zk accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI) and electronic wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. z33zk does not charge fees for deposits; however, your financial institution may impose its own charges.
Withdrawals may be requested once your Account has been fully verified through our KYC process. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposits unless otherwise approved by z33zk.
Minimum withdrawal amount is IDR 50,000. Processing times typically range from 2-10 minutes for Indonesian bank transfers during business hours (09:00-21:00 WIB), with overnight requests processed the following business day.
To comply with anti-money laundering regulations, deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. z33zk reserves the right to request additional documentation or refuse withdrawals if suspicious activity is detected.
All Account Balances, Bets, and transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). z33zk does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your bank or payment provider may impose transfer fees at their discretion.
z33zk offers various bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, and free bets. Each bonus is subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, expiration dates, eligible games, and maximum bet limits.
Bonus terms are published on the relevant promotional page and must be read carefully before claiming any offer. Failure to comply with bonus terms may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.
Unless otherwise stated, bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be completed before withdrawal. Wagering requirements typically range from 5x to 40x the bonus amount depending on the promotion. Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements (e.g., slots may contribute 100%, while table games contribute 10-20%).
Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. z33zk reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel Bets, and confiscate winnings if we determine that bonus terms have been abused, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses, using betting strategies designed to exploit promotional terms, or colluding with other Users.
While bonus wagering requirements remain active, withdrawal of the underlying deposit may be restricted. Maximum bet limits apply to bonus play (typically IDR 50,000 per bet). Exceeding maximum bet limits while wagering a bonus will void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
All Bets are subject to acceptance by z33zk. We reserve the right to refuse any Bet in whole or in part without providing a reason. Once a Bet is confirmed and displays in your Bet History, it is considered accepted.
Sports betting markets are settled based on official results from the relevant sports governing bodies. For football matches, including BRI Liga 1 and international competitions, results are determined at the end of regular time (90 minutes plus stoppage time) unless otherwise specified.
Asian Handicap and Over/Under betting rules follow standard industry conventions. In the event of a match postponement, abandonment, or cancellation, Bets may be voided and stakes returned depending on the specific circumstances and betting market.
Live (in-play) betting is available on selected events. Odds and available markets change rapidly during live events. There may be a delay between the live event and odds updates. z33zk is not responsible for delays caused by internet connectivity issues.
All casino games, including slots, table games, and live dealer games, are powered by certified random number generators (RNG) audited by independent testing agencies. Game rules and Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed within each game.
Bets placed on casino games are final once the game round commences. Disconnection during a game round does not void the Bet; the result will stand based on the actual game outcome.
For togel lottery betting markets (including Togel Singapore, Togel Hongkong, Togel Sydney, and other draws), results are based on official numbers published by the respective lottery authorities. Draw times are displayed in Western Indonesia Time (WIB).
Bet types including 4D, 3D, 2D, Colok Bebas, Colok Jitu, Tengah Tepi, and Shio are settled according to the official draw results. z33zk is not responsible for errors in third-party result publications; official lottery authority results are final.
In the event of obvious errors in odds, results, or payouts (including but not limited to incorrect odds display, technical malfunctions, or human error), z33zk reserves the right to void affected Bets and correct the error. Players will be notified of any such corrections.
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and winnings, and referral to law enforcement authorities if criminal activity is suspected.
z33zk provides Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
z33zk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our maximum aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount of your Account Balance at the time the claim arose, or IDR 10,000,000 (ten million Rupiah), whichever is lower.
z33zk is not responsible for losses caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including internet connectivity failures, power outages, server downtime, natural disasters, or acts of government authorities.
You acknowledge that gambling inherently involves risk of financial loss. z33zk does not guarantee winnings and expressly disclaims any representation that using our Services will result in profit.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited activities, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
You may request Account closure at any time by contacting our customer support team. If you wish to self-exclude due to gambling-related concerns, please see our Responsible Gaming page for detailed procedures. Self-exclusion periods are binding and cannot be reversed before expiration.
Upon Account closure or termination, you remain entitled to withdraw any remaining Balance (minus any outstanding wagering requirements or bonus forfeitures). However, if your Account was closed due to fraudulent activity or Terms violations, z33zk reserves the right to forfeit your Balance.
Upon termination, your right to use our Services ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including liability limitations, dispute resolution, and intellectual property provisions) shall remain in effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to online gambling platforms serving Indonesian players. To the extent that Indonesian law applies, this agreement is subject to relevant provisions of Indonesian commercial law.
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our Services, you agree to first attempt resolution through our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to pursue binding arbitration before litigation.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against z33zk.
